•Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or technical field (Ex. Engineering) and four plus years of experience in Logistics
•At least three years of experience in related field
•Have experience working with integrated ERP systems
•Possess very strong MS Office skills
•Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for the implementation of the Transportation Management System throughout various Natural Working Areas (NWA’s) within the US. Main objective is to make sure that all planning and execution of internal customer’s transportation is done accordingly by the Field Logistics group. Management of a complete chain of events including planning/consolidating, tendering, appointing, closing, and payment of all loads in a specific geographic region. Also it is required to have an excellent understanding of systems and be able to train successfully. Some of the groups to train, but not held solely to this group are: carriers, vendors, frac crew members, Halliburton personnel (Logistics, Materials, others)). The selected candidate must work towards the operational goals set by the TMS Operations Manager including on-time performance, reduction of detention and adherence to new processes. Also, this individual contributes to the other operational goals that may include a savings goal for our customer, through decision making, project involvement, and equipment utilization. It will establish and maintain objectives and parameters for the team based on corporate business plan and company objectives. Also responsible for leading, training, and mentoring all team members as well as to maintaining discipline and procedures in accordance with the Halliburton Guidelines.

•Address all concerns/issues while load is enroute
•Track and develop action plans for on-time performance, tender acceptance, and scanning percentages
