Description:
Coordinates recruitment activities and immigration activity for the Corporate headquarters.

Basic Responsibilities and Objectives Include:
Update/edit job descriptions into EMR format and job posting format.
Create employment requisitions as requested by recruiters.
Post, track, update, and monitor jobs on all internal and external sites as required. Serve as main person responsible for Corporate job postings and the applicant tracking system.
Provide information on new openings to Veterans and Disabled outreach groups. Maintain contact information on representatives from these groups and maintain relationships.
Review all resumes and forward to appropriate recruiter for review.
Schedule candidate interviews to include coordinating department calendars with candidate availability.
Make travel arrangements for candidates including air, hotel, and car rental.
Confirm interviews and send out online application information to candidate.
Prepare and send out response letters to candidates as requested by recruiters.
Run background and reference checks as requested by recruiters.
Prepare and send out New Hire Paperwork as requested by recruiters.
Create internal approval paperwork for new employees as requested by recruiters.
Put together binders for New Hire Orientations.
Complete Badge forms as requested.
Maintain files on external recruiters containing fee and EOE agreements.
Understand and stay current on documentation requirements for personnel files and government requirements, such as I-9.
Track EEO/AAP information to provide statistical data on candidates and hires.
Analyze EEO/AAP findings to determine disparate impact.
Analyze compensation data to determine equality of pay.
Liaison between immigration lawyers and management to determine appropriate paperwork requirements for Visa applications.
Post and track positions as required for Permanent Resident Visa applications.
Proofread and prepare Visa paperwork for signature to ensure accuracy prior to submitting applications to government.
Coordinate housing and other logistics for those employees from other countries.
Maintain supply of all information needed for New Hire Orientation.
Update Personnel website as needed with all changes.
Compile information for surveys such as AAIM Benefits/Compensation and Gallagher Aviation Survey for submission.
Maintain employee information in the Online Compliance and Conflict of Interest databases.
Act as backup for Payroll Coordinator.
Any other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each basic responsibility satisfactorily and meet education and experience requirements.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience in an HR environment strongly preferred.
