**Position Summary**:
The ITSM Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing technical life-
cycle support, configuration and integration of systems in support of
TeleTech’s IT Service Management initiatives.
The role will interface with internal customers (both locally and remote),
vendors, and third-party teams for configuration, integration and deployment
activities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
* Request Fulfillment – responds to system requests through our Request Fulfillment process.
* Develops technical solutions for enhancement requests.
* Develops process automation (workflow) solutions.
* Cultivates and maintains strong partnership with both local and remote stakeholders, counter-parts and team members.
* Incidents – responds to disruptions in service of supported systems adhering to established SLAs.
* System Administration – configures and maintains system to ensure availability and scalability.
**Qualifications**:
* BA/BS in CS/IS or related degree or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience in system/application life-cycle support and administration (experience with ServiceNow, CA Service Desk, BMC Remedy, etc. a plus).
* 2+ years of HTML and JavaScript experience.
* 1+ years of T-SQL query language experience (preferably against MS SQL Server 2005 and above)
* Advanced English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus).
* ITIL Foundations Certification or equivalent experience (required to certify within first 3 months of employment).
* Process Automation (workflow) tool and/or development experience a plus
* Strongly process and detail oriented.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
* Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Cross-cultural and remote workforce experience a plus.
