Job Description

Targets: Assist in internal and external client satisfaction:
1. Well versed on Events expectations; the One-On-One application and all One-on-One business rules
2. Complete all Pre-registration requests within 48 hours prior to a summit event and ensure confirmations are sent to clients
3. Complete all Pre-registration requests within 1 week prior to a Symposium Event and ensure confirmations are sent to clients
4. Team Player - Reliable, Accountable
5. Ability to work issues through to resolution.
6. Proactively work with cross-functional key business unit stakeholders to improve the overall Process (efficient/effective)

Achieve service excellance agreed upon client support and methods:
1.Follow standards, leverage best practices and use appropriate busines tools
2.Consistently meet time to respond and time to fulfill SLAs.
3.Proactively develop additional knowledge applicable to area of technical expertise.
4.Effectively communicate, collaborate and maintain relationships with clients and team participants

Adhere to expense management practices.
1.Effective management of expenses; ensure travel is booked in accordance with the Travel Policy.

Model core values and corporate citizenship.
1.Be able to voice opinions but adjust approach to accomplish team objectives
2.Take on additional tasks beyond individually assigned responsibilities in order to accomplish team goals and project objectives.
3. Proactively be seen as a collaborative resource for new team members.
4. Fact-driven problem solving - use data (trending & analysis) to help solve complex business problems. Offer constructive solutions supported by data to overcome business obstacles.

One-on-One Manager Event Preparation
1. Acquires a strong knowledge of all of our current and future Events.
2. Identify and confirm CSO One-on-One team attendees (Staffing)
3. Coordinate Analyst One-on-One Support Desk
4. Coorindate Analyst Meet and greet 1:1 room
5. Review onsite staffing and Identify associates to leave early if applicable
6 cooridnate onsite Temps - Number and how many days
7. Schedule and arrange Team Dinner and recongnication
8. Order and ship all Supplies needed
9. Monitor all technical issues and work with IS3 onsite support through resolution
10. Host a Welcome/Kickoff meeting for one-on-one staff
11. System Access - submit request for 1;1 team to have ability to work and send messages from specific event mailbox
12. Update/Monitor Skills Database
13. Analyst BIO boards aligned with core-coverage topic area
14. Reporting /key business metrics

2. Exhibit the ability to explain, advocate, and express facts and ideas in a convincing manner
3. Ensure Event Agenda is accurate and in on time.
4. Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external clients in a timely fashion.
5. Train new associates on One-on-One application
