What will I be doing?
As a Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for Group Reservations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

* Answer phone calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner using appropriate greeting and luxury language and processing reservations for Spa and Golf, Resort Restaurants, Special Events and Rooms
* Process reservations for wholesale bookings, VIP and site reservations from Sales, Catering, Marketing, Executive Office, Food & Beverage etc…
* Consistently review reservation in-box, process and respond to all emails professionally and efficiently
* On a daily basis, review House occupancy and adhere to stop sell and critical dates, balance room types and inventory as required. Perform periodic audits for accuracy from all channels of Reservations.
* Perform Call Audits to ensure accuracy in information provided and to maintain high level of agent proficiency and professionalism
* Group Reservations :
* Create with accuracy, Group Blocks in QnQ Rate and Inventory System & Passkey
* Ensure rooms and suites are allocated and protected appropriately base on booking recap and contract
* Ensure appropriate Rates and Deposit polices are loaded and adhered to
* Create appropriate Group Folders and Group Masters
* Monitor Rooming List due dates and Group cut off dates and take appropriate timely action
* Monitor room block daily and maintain straight line availability at all times
* Load and process rooming list as required on a timely basis
* Set up group billing, routing and verify accuracy with Contract and Group Resume
* Work closely with Event Managers, Front Office Team, Finance Team and Revenue team
* Review weekly pickup report and action all items as appropriate and in a timely manner
