ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experiencedConstruction & Modernization Billing Analyst,to join our world class team in Salt Lake City, UT.
Job Purpose:
Performs a wide variety of clerical responsibilities within the billing functionof our construction & modernization business. The billing department invoices our customers for 20+ branches located throughout the western United States.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Verifies and processes customer invoices on a daily basis
· Works with customers and branch operations to resolve billing issues
· Maintains list of open projects (adding new projects and removing completed projects)
· Organizes information related to individual projects from various internal and external sources
· Performs review of contracts and booking packages to determine billing terms of each project
· Evaluates billings generated and compare to actual percentage of completion of project
Job Requirements :
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Minimum 3 years of billing experience in a fast-paced accounting office environment preferably in the construction or elevator industry.
· Ability to read and understand basic terms of contracts
· Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
· Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred
