Sell and prepare advertising for the DART bus fleet and transit shelters; work closely with current and prospective buyers in developing specific advertising which meet their needs and expectations and advertising agencies in the development and production of desired signs, graphic arts and related print copy.Confer with current and prospective advertisers in developing final contracts and specific advertising on DART vehicles and premises that will meet advertisers' particular needs and expectations.Work closely with advertising agencies in the development and production of graphic arts and related advertising materials; work closely with artists and printers in obtaining desired end product while monitoring production stages.Prepare advertising schedules and coordinates sign placement and removal on buses/shelters with vendors and internal maintenance department.Participate in special marketing and related promotions with local businesses, community organizations and other constituency groups.Maintain advertising inventory, billing, and scheduling; Perform inventory spot checks and monthly counts on supplies in warehouse.Coordinate development of final artwork for print ads.Assist staff in placing DART related advertising with local media outlets.
