We are currently searching for a SGTS Telecom Analyst to join Saint-Gobain North America in our corporate offices located in VALLEY FORGE, PA. The SGTS Telecom Analyst position serves the Saint-Gobain North American business units by ensuring Wide Area Network services are ordered accurately and on a timely basis. The position is also responsible for WAN & PSTN Telephony invoice audit, monthly re-charging processes and budgeting analysis and assistance.
He/She will be primarily responsible for:
The owner of the Wide Area Network service ordering processes with the network provider(s),
Owner of the service ordering processes with internal Saint-Gobain Telecom tools and utilities,
Responsible and accountable for invoice audit and control processes,
Responsible and accountable for both Wide Area Network & PSTN Telephony financial re-charge and reporting processes.
Responsible for providing budgeting assistance and financial reporting to the Regional Service Manager as well as SGT Group DSI.

Invoices-
Establish and maintain invoice process to retrieve, audit and forward invoices for payment:
Utilize network vendor Internet portals to manage invoices online, downloading invoices and generating reports.
Invoice Auditing and analysis to capture invalid charges and open disputes when needed
Provide information to request invoice payments.
Track disputes and ensure that credits/debits are applied correctly.
Re-charge / chargeback-
Establish and maintain wide area network & PSTN (IP Telephony) chargeback system:
Translate invoice charges into electronic format
Consolidate electronic invoice records into single database
Validate and audit electronic invoice records against invoice data
Generate monthly chargeback reports for SG NA Delegation & SGT Group
Submit monthly chargeback data to accounting in appropriate format
WAN Quotation and Order processing-
Generate quote requests to network vendors as well as audit quotations against contract
Maintain AT&T WAN price catalog for North America
Place move, add, change and delete orders with vendors
Enter move, add, change and delete orders into SG-Telecom system
Log and track order information
Budget-
Assist with preparation of templates for annual budget process
Generate wide area network and core IP Telephony financial information for budgeting cycles
Consolidate and load WAN and IPT budget data into SGT templates
Position Requirements:
•B.A / B.S. in computer science, engineering and/or financial accounting.
•Minimum of 3 year’s experience in Wide Area Networking with concentration in budging, financial forecasting and charge-out mechanisms.
•Experience using Microsoft Windows software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access).
•Advance / expert level of proficiency in MS- Excel, including creating and developing macros.
•Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
•Keen attention to detail.
•Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment, continuous improvement of status-quo
•Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Ability to meet monthly financial reporting, re-charge deadlines on time, every time.
•Able to learn, understand, and apply new creative ideas and process improvements.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Excellence in Customer Service
•Multi-lingual English compulsory with French would be a plus.
