TheSpa Services Supervisoris responsible for providing exceptional levels of guest service includingsupport of Montage Deer Valley Mission, Vision and Values; including profitable, excellent customer service skills, and support of department requirements and standards.This position requires an individual who is energetic and service oriented with an affinity for financials. This person must be experienced in dealing with the public, enthusiastic, friendly and accommodating. The Spa Services Supervisoramp;rsquo;s duties will include, but are not limited to:Monitor and anticipate guest needs and appointment demand. Adjust service provider schedules according to business levels to ensure we maximize service revenue. The Spa Services Supervisor is responsible for knowing all spa, wellness, salon and retail revenue budgetsand monitoring daily progress.Create an energizing and engaging sales environment.
