* As a member of Creative Services, the position is the primary point of contact for print, literature fulfillment, and web-based sales programs. This position works closely with internal and external sales teams on a daily basis.*
* Responsibilities:*
* Develops strategy for literature production and order fulfillment utilizing in-house digital print services, outside print vendors, and literature fulfillment vendor for over 1,000 items.
* Supports overall creative services' effort and must be equipped to recommend alternative print and/or distribution methods based on budgetary and time constraints.
* Sets strategy for print and fulfillment activities including report development, leading meetings, emailing communications, consulting on projects, and managing vendors.
* Manages multiple web-based programs with responsibilities for: customer experience, user training, campaign execution, activity reporting and overall quality monitoring.
* Manages the business’s company store activity including product recommendations, user training, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
* Manages multiple monthly mailings and campaigns.
* Manages budget and reports monthly on expenses and accruals.
* Experience:*
* 6 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing or in-house creative team with Bachelor's Degree; print or fulfillment experience required; financial industry background preferred.
* Knowledge and Skills:*
* Self-starter who can operate in a fast paced agency environment with constantly shifting priorities.
* Analytical problem solver willing to go above and beyond scope of job to deliver high quality results and superior customer service.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize requests accordingly.
* Client-centric mentality with strong oral and written communication skills that serve the needs of our clients as well as to direct vendors.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into information and provide sound business recommendations.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
