Within the field services organization is an elite group of Principal Systems Specialists who have technical expertise across all Waters' product suite. As an Informatics Principal Systems Specialist working for an industry leader, you will be committed to ensuring Waters' legendary service for our customers who utilize our scientific instrumentation and software as well as provide mentoring for our field service engineers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide high level technical expertise on Waters' innovative product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, SFC) with a focus on an informatics specialty for multiple customer laboratories spanning across the Pharmaceutical Life Sciences, Chemical Materials, Clinical, Food, Environmental, Forensics, Academia and Government industries.We are currently seeking a Informatics Principal Systems Specialist who will provide high level support to customers and field service engineers in the Central Business District.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their successProvide extensive technical support and system level troubleshootingProject Manage UNIFI installations with workgroups and qualification/validation by coordinating resources and being the focal point for customer communicationAct as the liaison between the Field Service Organization, Data Specialists, and Informatics Specialists on UNIFI network installations, qualifications, and upgradesManage and drive resolution for challenging customer situations in conjunction with the Field Service EngineerManage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if neededAct as a coach and systems expert for our Field Service Engineers by providing training and support on instrument/Lace side during data system installation and/or upgrades including icop version compatibility, etcEnsure customer compliance regulations are followedDeliver system level training at customer sitesManage service inventory according to Waters policiesIssue field service reports on a daily basis to document work performedMaintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers' application demandsWork with Sales team in respect to identifying future business development opportunities and needs for Waters solutionsEnsure that
