On-the-Job training (OJT) ***Candidates must follow the contact instructions on how to apply for this OJT position. On-the-Job Training offers participants an opportunity to earn as they learn, while employers benefit from a partial wage reimbursement during the training period. OJT focuses on jobs that involve new technologies, production, service or additional skills for full-time positions (30 hours or more) and paying at least $10.00 per hour or more. Full-Time position. Employer will train. Requirement: Must have own vehicle Must have a valid Drivers License Motor Vehicle Report (no accidents) Must have own insurance liability Job Duties: Will drive to different assigned locations to maintenance live plants (interior plants only) Must provide water for plants (Water machine provided but must be taken to each location in own vehicle) - SUV, small pickup, mid-size car preferred Must lift at least 50lbs (Water machine) in and out of vehicle Employer will pay mileage. Candidates must pass drug screen and background check. Due to the nature of the employer's business, company policy requires that candidates with a criminal background or convictions will not be considered for employment.
