/Summary:/ The Oracle DBA/Web Application Developer will perform application analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.

* Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
* Engineer solutions for pending requirements and new requirements as defined by the customer.
* Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to include corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance.
* Correct bugs identified by users, migrate applications and data to new host environments, implement application changes as necessary.
* Lead engineering efforts and coordinate meetings with customer.
* Team leadership, communication (both oral and written), problem resolution, and project management are required.
* Other duties as required.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related engineering. 7 additional years of specialized related experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
* 7 years of relevant experience is required. Experience to include:
§ Experience as a Team Lead on software engineering projects and ability to coordinate project tasks and assist in the development, organization, execution, and daily support of assigned project.
§ Demonstrated experience in the deployment, troubleshooting and administration of web-based applications.

/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:/
* Possess a high-level working knowledge of the following:
* Oracle Application Express (APEX): ability to design, debug, code, and maintain an Oracle APEX application
* Oracle Procedural Language (PL)/Structured Query Language (SQL): ability to design, debug, code, and maintain PL/SQL procedures and functions in accordance with approved technical specifications.
* Web Design: ability to design, debug, code, and maintain Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), HTML, UTL_HTTP, JavaScript, Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) code in accordance with approved technical specifications.
* Oracle Relational Database Management System (11G or newer): ability to design, debug, code, and maintain data definition language (DDL) for an Oracle 10G database in accordance with approved technical specifications.
* CA Erwin Data Modeler: ability to design, reengineer, and maintain an Entity Relationship Diagram using Erwin in accordance with approved technical specifications.
* Knowledge of BI Publisher: ability to design, debug, code, and maintain reports using BI Publisher in accordance with approved technical specifications.
* Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple distinct projects at a time.
* Excellent communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating program details with all levels of management.
