Senior Tax Analysts and Accountants
Penske Truck Leasing, a $5 billion global leasing and logistics company, is looking to fill a critical role within their tax team\.Due to the nature of Penske’s structure, this individual will be provided with a rare opportunity to work on complex tax projects while being part of a team of bright tax professionals that are well respected within the organization\.Good work life balance, including flexible summer schedule\.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Prepare and / or review complex partnership and corporate tax returns
+ Tax accounting \(ASC740\) for large multinational company
+ Tax controllership for capital intensive business \(depreciation, Like\-Kind\-Exchange, etc\.\)
+ Oversee preparation of foreign tax returns
+ Assist with large case audits
+ Perform tax research and special projects

This position is located at our Corporate offices in a country and suburban setting 7 miles South of Reading, PA\. Our location is a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking\.
# Qualifications:

CANDIDATE PROFILE
+ 5 years of combined public accounting / corporate experience
+ BS in Accounting; with a CPA and / or MST
+ Partnership experience desired
+ Proficiency with OneSource RS, or equivalent
