A Service Engineer I/II -Database is responsible for providing mid-level DBA duties utilizing at leasttwo different RDBMS on multiple OS platforms.This role will be expected to work across many departments and teams insupport of delivering services to OneNeck clients; breaking down anybarriers to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The Service Engineer I/II -Database continuously develops work instructions to ensure technicalactivities are conducted in a controlled and repeatable manner. This positiondevelops technical plans, conducts technical reviews, and executes uponplans in support of incident, change, and problem management efforts.
