This position is responsible for effectively, accurately, and courteously answering all telephone inquiries from consumers according to productivity standards.

Essential Job Functions:
* Receives and responds to all telephone inquiries accurately and courteously within approved productivity standards
* Communicate via written correspondence, email, and/or telephone resulting in a successful resolution of inquiries
* Research inquiries and process basic transactions
* Prepare files for filming
* Accurately and successfully handle special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years general work experience; previous Life Insurance experience preferred
* Good computer knowledge including Excel, Word, Access, Mainframe and Oracle applications
* Good keying/typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Good understanding of insurance terminology and accounting
* Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, strong service orientations and organization skills.
* Interact with agents, clients and other personnel. Ability to maintain self-control and exercise sound judgment when confronted with difficult situations.
