POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst is an individual contributor providing support to the Global Supply Chain Central Logistics team and reports to the Director of Global Logistics. The Analyst works closely with the central logistics organization to gather, organize, and analyze logistics data in support of projects in marine, rail, land transportation, aviation, and lifting & hoisting.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Gather, organize, and analyze logistics data in support of projects.
* Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and charts as necessary.
* Update and maintain the Logistics library of standards and procedures, and keep the Logistics Share Point site updated. Coordinate with Document Control staff.
* Develop, track and communicate Logistics performance and safety metrics to help drive improvements. Coordinate with asset teams on data reporting.
* Manage the global relationship with freight forwarding vendors. Develop global freight-forwarding strategy and plans. Support asset teams to ensure fit-for-purpose, cost effective solutions.
* Lead development and implementation of a global personnel tracking system.
* Lead coordination with global travel team to ensure alignment with logistics policies, standards and policies.
* Support the Global Logistics Network with effective meeting management, action tracking and follow up as necessary.
* Develop data-driven solutions utilizing Lean principles to reduce risk, improve efficiency and enhance value.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

* Minimum 2 years relevant professional work experience in Supply Chain; preferably with some experience in oilfield operations or experience supporting E&P/upstream activities
* Proactivness, logical problem solving skills with an analytical mindset and an attention to detail
* Accomplished oral and written communication and presentation skills
* Proven team player with ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities
* Strong use of computer/MS Office (outlook, word, power point, excel)
* Experience with SAP, preferred
* Proven experience in working independently with minimal supervision or on a team

Education, Training & Certifications

* Bachelor s degree from an Accredited University
* Advanced degree, preferred
