Has day-to-day responsibility for specific clients and/or brokers, with the number of clients covered varying based on plan sponsor size .  Has strong client and project management skills.  Resolves the more complex problems.  Coordinate and craft policies and procedures to ensure operational objectives are met, while handling specialized, complex, and/or high impact service requests.  Directly work with clients and/or brokers in negotiating expectations and orchestrating facilitation of resources across multiple departments.  Prepare and/or explain complex agreements and regulations.  Operate as the internal client advocate ensuring that we are meeting both the fiduciary responsibilities and providing a cost effective service to the client. Provide extensive and broad expertise for input into the development of business strategy and resolution of the most complex issues.  Often sought out to interpret regulations and determine the impact to both the client and business.  Manage projects to obtain or ensure the retention of business.  Responsible for the development and execution of strategic action plan (CSI) to improve customer satisfaction and improve overall retention.       Provide training and expertise to other team members around complex transactions, data modeling, and escalated problem resolution.  Act as technical expert on all aspects of data transmission to MassMutual and identify business requirements for new/revised business processes/procedures or automated systems.  May make client visits  and participate in sale finals presentations.  The candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application servers and be responsible for server administrative support functions including: • Create and manage print queues • Set up, expand and maintain shared Data Folder Storage &
