Sr. HR Systems Analyst - BrassRing/Staffing Systems
**Job Description**
Kenexa 2xBrassRing Project Management (60% of time)
* Working with the HR Systems Manager, participate in the planning and management of the upgrade/new release process including preparing documentation and team communications as needed
* In collaboration with the HR Systems Manager and with input from key stakeholders, prepare recommendations and prioritize on the Kenexa systems roadmap
* Provide end-to-end Project Management for medium to large scale projects including building business cases, project plans, charter and scope documents, risk/issue management, day-to-day resource and task management, etc.
* Analyze new functionality requests and business requests, and develop project plans/timeline for implementation
* Work directly with Kenexa resources on large scale projects
* Participate in planning and/or delivering education sessions for new available functionality
* Keep current on key HR recruiting technology & trends; network with other companies and professional organizations to stay abreast of best practices in HR recruiting technology.
Kenexa 2xBrassRing Administration, Maintenance and Support (30% of time)
* As a Systems Admin for 2xBrassRing, develop strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups such as HR Operations, Staffing Operations, Regional Super Users, Recruiters/Sourcers, HRIS, Compensation, HR PMO, IT, etc.
* Host/participate in regular meetings with regional super users to introduce new functionality, review bug-fixes, and provide tips & tricks of the month; collect user feedback
* Perform system administration functions for BrassRing including table maintenance, configuration, security administration, audits, etc.
* Utilize tools within Workbench application to configure system with new enhancements as requested by Staffing and Operations teams
* Submit maintenance requests to Kenexa and monitor through to completion
* Assist in report development including complex report writing and Excel macro development
* As appropriate, assess, collect input on and configure settings to enable new functionality
* Participate in regular meetings with Kenexa to discuss VMware end-user needs; back-up the HR Systems Manager on any vendor management activities as required
* Engage with regional super users to provide assistance with issue troubleshooting and escalations; escalate support issues to Kenexa as needed by opening and monitoring tickets
* Coordinate with Kenexa to resolve any software defects
* As required, train the VMware Shared Services team to perform first line systems support
* Support implementation and administration of other Staffing systems as needed (i.e., career site optimization, candidate relationship management, etc.)
Other duties as assigned (10% of time)
* Be cross-trained to support 1-2 other HR applications as appropriate; cross train several other team members to provide support for 2xBrassRing
* As requested by HR Systems Manager, provide basic technical support for any HR systems in the VMware landscape including troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, and scenario re-creation
* Participate on HRIS project teams by performing business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, documentation development, communication, etc.
* Participate in weekly HRIS team meetings and all related activities
Position Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
* 4-6 yrs HR Systems experience required
* Experience working with Kenexa 2xBrassRing in a Systems Admin capacity is mandatory
* Kenexa Workbench Certification required, Workbench Power User certification preferred
* Knowledge of several of the following an asset: Workday, Oracle HR, PeopleSoft, HTML, Excel Macros, Outlook forms, or Access queries
* Strong understanding of standard recruiting processes
* General understanding of HRIS and ERP systems
* General understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance and IT business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies
* Project management and strong organizational skills are required to be successful in this role
* Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
* Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is necessary
* Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory; writing samples may be requested
* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
* Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications
