Job Summary AECOM anticipates award of a staff augmentation contract position* Database Administrator IV*. The purpose of this contract is to provide Staff Augmentation Support Services to Fluor B&W Portsmouth LLC (FBP). This contract will be used to provide a coordinated approach to staff augmentation on the FBP D&D contract in Piketon, Ohio. Under general supervision, performs Database Administration job functions as assigned by management. Typical job responsibilities assist and support management by coordinating multiple aspects of one or more databases to ensure data integrity and control, proper user access restrictions, and database functionality, as well as implementing, maintaining and upgrading assigned components of the IT Infrastructure of hardware, network communications and applications required to support FBP operations and business requirements including compliance with all contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements and FBP procedures. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities that assist and support management in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned. Coordinates database design, development and performance to support business requirements. Maintains data backup process to ensure data availability. Validates data integrity through audits, file comparisons or similar processes. Responsible for supporting a large user base including, Environmental Remediation, Waste Management, Nuclear Safety and Engineering, Business Services, Project Management, ESH&Q, and various other functions. Must be able to provide simultaneous support of multiple enterprise software applications and IT projects. Meaningful ORACLE database administration development experience is required. This includes strong PLISQL and Oracle middleware (Web Tier, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Application Express). May be responsible for management and/or software development of systems of low to high complexity which may utilize one or more of the following technologies and systems, Microsoft, Unix/Linux, Solaris, Oracle, Microsoft.NET, Microsoft liS, C#, Java, T-SQL, PL/SQL, and Cold Fusion. May support one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft SQL Server , SSRS, Oracle database and report manager, PL/SQL, T-SQL. Database Design, development and optimization, performance tuning, backup and maintenance. Responsible for supporting IT related projects such as system upgrades and application development in compliance with standard project management methodologies. Monitors and coordinates user access levels to systems and data as appropriate. Configures reports, data transfers and other user-driven requests for system data or output. May be assigned to special projects. Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. May be team lead on projects or special assignments. Responsible for a major function in Information Management, including applications systems analysis and programming. Provides overall direction and guidance to personnel. May prepare activity and progress reports to senior management. May be responsible for subordinate team members. Provides technical and/or functional support to IT team members and assigned organizational units. Performs duties of general/routine complexity in nature. Other job related duties as assigned. Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved safety policies, procedures and applicable regulations and performs assigned duties in a safe manner. Actively participates in Safety Work Groups.

Minimum Requirements
* BA/BS in closely related field and 9 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* Typical experience ranges from 9-12.
* DOE "L" Clearance or ability to obtain a DOE "L" clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to perform sedentary to light work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally (any exception of force/lifting greater than 45 pounds requires usage of a two person "buddy system"), non-repetitive, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly, repetitive; performing such activities as lifting, lowering, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, grasping, kneeling, stooping, reaching.
* Ability to perform primary office duties including heavy computer usage.
* Ability to work in an office at a normal environmental restoration atmosphere (outdated and/or abandoned facilities or industrial field environments).
* Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs.
