**Description**
The Technician role labels, assembles and packages dental implants and abutments in a clean room environment. Further they work in the surface treatment area to coat/color dental implants.
*ACCOUNTABILITIES – *
* Good manual dexterity
* Must be able to lift 25lbs at a minimum
* Have 20/20 vision with or without aid
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – *
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:
* High school diploma, some college preferred.
* Must understand technical drawings
* Understand eDHR (Electronic Device History Record)
* Understands and complies with all safety and area cleanliness policies
* Must successfully completes all SOP Training
* Knows and successfully completes all QSR and ISO 9001 Training
* Knowledge of inspection equipment (calipers and micrometers)
* Trained in the Companies emergency response to hazardous chemical spills and other environmental hazardous exposures
Critical Skills/technical know-how:
* Able to communicate; speak and write English at a High School Level.
* Reading comprehension at a High School Level.
* Familiarity with PC, basic data entry, SAP a plus.
* Must have familiarity and training in handling chemicals
Critical Experience:
Minimum of 6 months as a Technician Apprentice or equivalent and at least 2 years as a Technician 1; or
2 years experience operating automated production equipment. Coating systems equipment experience
a plus.

* Accurate and efficient coating of dental implants
* Interfaces with Quality Control, Manufacturing Technicians as necessary to assure output and quality are at satisfactory levels and improving.
* Understand and comply with safety and area cleanliness requirements
* Understand and comply with FDA, QSR and ISO 9001 requirements
* Learning and performing all TPM (Total Production Maintenance) requirements
* Performs other duties as assigned
