Through a partnership with Walmart, the largest retailer in the U.S., QuadMed sources and manages the qualified healthcare professionals who serve patients in the Walmart Care Clinics.

Walmart Care Clinics are primary healthcare clinics located inside Walmart stores that offer primary care services including:

* Wellness and preventive care, such as health screenings, vaccinations and lab testing.
* Basic acute care, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses, such as flu and strep.
* Management of certain chronic conditions, such as diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure.
* Referrals to specialists, as needed.
Our professional clinics are located within a community retail store and staffed 363 days a year. Health center hours and Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

Essential Functions

General management responsibility for a Cluster (5-10) of Walmart Care Clinics (WCC). Manage and develop staff, responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic operations, quality of care, patient satisfaction and business performance.

Provides direction and oversight in the creation and maintenance of uniform and consistent clinic activities, including patient flow tracking, medical records administration, and meeting the needs of the clinic providers

Responsible for direct staff supervision, hiring, evaluation, development, and progressive disciplinary processes and merit increases
*
Ensures administrative policies and procedures are compliant with organizational standards and HIPPA regulations
*
Develops and implements community clinical partnering strategies to aid in building brand awareness
*
Participates in WCC clinic strategy implementation at the Cluster level
*
Partners with the Cluster Medical Director to ensure clinical quality and safety at all regional retail clinics
*
Receive and manage patient complaints
*
Lead clinical quality and improvement projects within the Cluster
*
Co-chair Cluster Quality Committee

Qualifications

*
Graduate from an accredited Bachelor's Degree Program in Nursing, Public Healthcare, Health Administration, Business Administration or related field required; Master's degree preferred..
*
Licensed Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner preferred
*
2 years of experience in an ambulatory or retail clinic setting and 3 years of experience in a leadership position with experience in staff supervision required.

Previous accountability for operations and financial performance of a department or clinic required
*
Exceptional organizational skills
*
Familiar with modern quality management tools and processes required
*
LEAN or Six Sigma training and/or experience preferred
*
Strong communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills
*
Strong collaborative management style
*
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
*
Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously required
*
Pass for/commitment to Walmart Care Clinic vision and model of care delivery
