Identify and call on clients and prospects within an assigned geographical or industry area. This role is typically assigned to highly complex, Large Corporate or Large Institutional markets. Generate new revenue through the sale of Treasury Management products and services to bank prospects and existing clients. Work both independently and in partnership with other calling officers to provide consultative solutions to customers. Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of treasury and operational practices through advising clients/prospects and developing innovative, consultative solutions that meet their needs.

Major Responsibilities:

(60%) Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and sales activity goals. Actively maintain personal sales pipeline, investing time in activities which achieve both personal and organizational strategic objectives – drive for results. Self-directed development and management of regular calling programs and sales plans for territory and key customer relationships are required. Champion the sales of treasury management solutions; follow up with clients to ensure that we deliver on what is promised. Listen to clients and prospects to assess their needs. Must be able to deliver extraordinary client experiences. Demonstrate and leverage industry knowledge, as well as treasury systems and operations knowledge, to provide high-level consultative value. Make decisions on appropriate product solutions for clients based on their needs, best practices, and regulatory demands. Assume an active leader and trusted advisor role in the sales process. Lead or actively participate in client-facing sales presentations. Perform technical demonstrations with confidence. Communicate effectively and professionally. Design client/prospect proposals and pricing, both independently and in collaboration with business partners.

(30%) Mentor and lead development for select team members. The ability to work in a team, fostering a healthy and collaborative environment with all business partners, is needed. Identify opportunities to improve sales process or customer experience, and lead initiatives to address those opportunities. Participate in Treasury Sales projects as assigned by management. Ability to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion is required. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of bank management and with a diverse base of customers is needed. Proven professional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.

(10%) Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures. Actively participate in any required corporate and business line compliance training. Act ethically without exception and value diversity and inclusion. Act as a champion of the Bank brand.

* Requires an undergraduate degree (e.g., B.A, B.S.) or equivalent work experience plus strong technical experience and skills.

* MBA or graduate degree preferred.

* CTP certification required.

* Knowledge of corporate treasury and financial operations needs necessary.

* General understanding of widely used ERP and accounting systems is a significant plus.

* Position requires at least ten years of experience in treasury management sales (or similar solutions), with an emphasis on consultative sales skills, as well as proven sales success.

* Participate and/or present on behalf of the Bank in local treasury management and/or industry networking organization(s); attend treasury conferences, symposiums, trade shows, etc.

* Travel is likely required.
