Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, SALES OPERATIONS
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative works directly with the customer on post sales inquiries. They also work with the supplier to ensure the product is returned properly and credit is issued in a timely manner. The Customer Service Representative works closely with finance and internal operations to provide accurate information on all backlog.
Responsibilities Include:

Interacts directly with the customer regarding damaged, missing or over-shipments of product.
*
Responsible for creating RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations) in Oracle for customers and vendors.
*
Proactively communicate with customers and vendors to obtain return information within defined SLA’s.
*
Run and analyze RMA backlog reporting.
*
Working knowledge of credit/return process.
*
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers and internal operations.
*
Responsibilities vary based on region and/or team.

Qualifications:

Prefer Bachelor’s Degree or one to two years of general business experience.
*
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*
Extremely organized.
*
Good PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
*
Excellent communication skills.
*
Oracle experience a plus.
