As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be part of an influential team chartered with delivering marketing and communications projects that promote the innovative HR products and services designed to help employees achieve their best lives, inside and outside of work.
As a versatile, creative communicator, you will produce both strategic plans and the content itself: articles, email communications, FAQs, infographics, print collateral, video and other large-scale employee communications. You must also be able to work in a team environment, to consult with others, to marry business goals with the right communications approach and channels and to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, with at least 5 years of proven success in internal corporate communications is required.

-Strong communications skills: writing, editing, and comms planning
-Skill in influencing at all levels and building relationships, leading teams and managing complex global projects

-Experience with a variety of communications channels (written, social media, intranet, etc.)
-Experienced in devising solutions for optimal employee engagement
-Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence internally and externally across all organizational levels
-Organized, proactive and detail-oriented
