* Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
* We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
* Our office is located in Southside of Pittsburgh.
* Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm Our team works four 10 hr. days.
* We currently have 5 team members at our agency.

## Position Overview

I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Darla Zeli - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with growth potential. ## Responsibilities

* Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
* Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
* Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
* Adaption of skills necessary to operate a business.

## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

* Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

## Requirements

* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
* Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
* Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
* People-oriented
* Organizational skills
* Self-motivated
* Detail oriented
* Able to learn computer functions
* Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to make presentations to potential customers
* Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
* Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customer''s home or business
* Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
* Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
* Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
* Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

* Learning to market property/casualty, life, health and bank products
