Opening Date: March 16, 2015 to Closing Date: March 27, 2015 . Our Health Services Consultant aka MaineCare RN Care managers work closely with existing care management capacity in the community in order to maximize the efficient use of state resources to identify and fill in gaps where no care management capacity exists for high need MaineCare members. MaineCare care managers also partner with hospitals and providers to conduct for clinical reviews of members using the Emergency Department (ED) for avoidable reasons identified through claims data and ED daily census. In addition they also coordinate and conduct community team meetings with providers for MaineCare members more difficult to manage and may do some outreach in the members home. Requirements: In order to qualify, you must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Maine and possess three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of nursing and/or in the delivery of health care services.
