**SYSTEMS ANALYST**
**Position Purpose**:****_Performs complex technical and proprietary implementation projects/assignments. Takes part in creating and writing new product’s technical processes and procedures. Modifies and maintains documentation and processes on current client side products._

**Essential Job Responsibilities**:
1. Provides technical support to Fiserv clients, Network Services, Client Services, Product Development, and Conversions for Fiserv. Provides on-site or phone support for product implementations.
2. Identifies and researches configuration, operating system, or programmatic problems as they relate to Fiserv implementations and reports them to a programmer, makes corrections, or provides alternative methods of problem resolution. Works with the programmer or vendor''s staff in the analysis of software/hardware problems.
3. Coordinates, installs or assists in the installation of Fiserv products. Creates copies of software and documentation for distribution to clients.
4. Operates as the IT resource for Fiserv demo bank, The Bank and Fiserv National Training Rooms.
5. Creates and organizes implementation process and installation documents for new products.

**Required Qualifications:**
**Education**:
* Four-year college degree with a computer related major; or equivalent work experience.
**Job Related Experience**:
* 2+ years of computer system administration or software/product implementation.
**Travel Required:**
* Ability and willingness to travel 30%
**Additional Requirements:**
* Windows workstation and server operating systems, virtualized environments, Teller/platform systems, data communications, LAN and WAN.
* Familiarity with networks.
* Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication; including technical writing skills from an end user perspective.
* Effective documentation of processes and procedures.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Strong database knowledge is desirable.
* Experience with Fiserv products.
* Pursuit of higher level training in the computer field preferred.
* Knowledge and/or experience with SQL, VMware, and/or terminal servers.
* MCSE and /or technical certifications.
