## Position Description

The Financial Analyst II is a highly visible position that is an integral part of the RAISC Finance team with tremendous career growth opportunities. This position provides analytical support to cross functional areas and the finance management team.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities include:**

* This position will be responsible for various monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses, various monthly journal entries, and various quarterly consolidated balance sheet and income statement analyses.
* This position may be responsible for performance of various internal controls related to external reporting data, and SOX testing.
* This position may serve as a liaison to other corporate functions providing information as needed
* This position may be responsible for foreign currency transactions including translating the transactions from foreign currencies to US dollars and vice versa, analyzing foreign currency gains/losses, and explaining fluctuations that result from foreign currency volatility.
* No direct or indirect reports

## Position Qualification

**Required:**

* Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.

**Strongly Preferred:**

* Two to four years of experience in Accounting
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Masters of Accounting Degree
* CPA or CPA Candidate
* Knowledge of ERP Systems

* Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo.
* Demonstrated excellent PC skills and detailed knowledge of MS Office including Microsoft Excel.
