*This individual will be responsible for assisting in managing the global operations for Concurs Product & Technology organization. This organization is comprised of the product management, development, IT, and hosting operations for Concurs entire suite of products and platform innovations. You will be responsible for driving high-level programs and delivering diverse projects across the organization that will enable teams to function at maximum efficiency while allowing executive leadership insight into the strategic health of the business.
The program manager is responsible for planning, designing, managing and implementing all necessary activities to manage the successful execution of projects. Typically these projects will span multiple months or quarters, and will require coordination between multiple departments and business units. Responsibilities for assigned projects include managing and creating project plans, assembling cross functional teams, managing scope, and actively managing resources, costs, quality and risk.
This position provides exposure to the senior most decision makers in the organization, and the opportunity to establish relationships with people across the entire company. You must demonstrate the ability to become a future leader and be successful in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment. In addition, you must excel in all areas of business analysis, problem solving, executive communication and consensus building.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist with the development of the business cadence (rhythm) for Concurs Global Product & Technology organization; mapping to company wide strategy, finance/marketing, people, employee, and other corporate cadences.

* Facilitate the development of strategic planning cycles that give the product & development leadership team a framework to ensure alignment on product strategy aligned with agile development methodologies, including establishing and tracking organization accountabilities.

* Drive the monthly Agile Team Reviews, working cross functionally with scrum teams across the organization, continuously iterating on the program, improving the effectiveness of the development teams while providing executives insight into performance and obstacle requiring their attention.

* Assist in the ongoing development and execution of the Quarterly Business Reviews, helping traffic inbound requirements of field teams and coordinating the development of the product team responses while developing metric based business insights to aid in executive data driven decision making.

* Develop a comprehensive plan & infrastructure increasing organizational productivity, visibility while enabling the team to scale and focus on key strategic initiatives including:
o Create and maintain a usable and sustainable portal based on business and audience need

o Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly business review templates and content

o Construct the operations knowledge share file repository and maintain organization wide email alias for executive communication.

o Assist in the development and execution of an ongoing communication plan: focusing on organizational agile transformation and cultural value solidification
* Manage special cross organization integration projects supplying critical data points, coordinating independent work streams while preserving operational effectiveness.

* Partner with stakeholders to help effectively communicate the product and company strategy and strategic priorities across the company.

* Drive company wide communications to effectively mobilize the mission/strategy and support the culture.

* Partner with the finance teams to identify, maintain and present insightful periodic summaries of key financial and operational metrics for the executive team to drive timely decision making.

* Assist with the organization of leadership meetings, tracking actions, ensuring timely representation of business rhythm related tasks ( e.g. people/talent etc.) ensuring the leadership agenda is enabled via tight and effective sessions.

* Channel incoming inquiries and requests of the executive by internal and external stakeholders to appropriate resolution

* Collaborate with business partners (Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR) on key commitments and accountabilities; able to act as a liaison between the business partners and leadership teams.

* Independently manage high stakes cross-functional initiatives as required by the executive leadership team

*Education, Experience & Training required:*
* Bachelor s degree and 5+ years of information technology related project management experience

* Project management certification is desirable.
