We are currently seeking an Senior Associate, Platform Development to join our KPMG Technology Group in our Montvale, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
* Review multi-tenant custom code deployment packages for SharePoint 2010/2013; Deployment Packages to SharePoint 2010/2013 Integration Environment, Supporting Federal Applications and Data and Overall Platform Monitoring Ensuring Access and Availability
* Provide 3rd level support for all ServiceNow and Internal/External User tickets related to the firmwide collaboration platform
* Review design, construction, implementation, and support of Multi-Tenant software that meets the support requirements for Platform Stability and Operational needs
* Work with project manager in planning and estimating throughout the complete life cycle; identify and evaluate alternatives and presents the most efficient and cost effective solution
* Perform software construction, unit testing and debugging and review software construction done by developers; software construction may include the preparation of new software, reuse of existing code, modification of existing programs or integration of purchased solutions; lead, moderate or participate in code reviews as required
* Analyze and resolve defects identified through the QA process; prepare or assist in the preparation of implementation documentation; support the implementation of applications into production
Qualifications:
* Minimum four years of hands-on experience in a systems analysis and software development role
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
* Must be proficient in development of custom code using such as .NET, C++, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Custom Code Development, and Microsoft Office/OWA
* Proficiency in the applicable technology, experience with state of the art development tools, structured and object oriented methodologies
* Must be detail-oriented and thorough with effective time management skills, excellent technical writing, editing, and strong oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to organize technical information based on reviewing meeting notes, business specifications, interviewing clients, architects and business analysts; ability to work effectively with clients, IT management, and other team members
* US citizenship required IND2015
