CRA Compliance Officer

The CRA Compliance Officer is responsible for providing management oversight and technical support, analysis and accountability regarding the Bank’s CRA, HMDA, SBA, fair lending and small business compliance performance. Responsibilities also include daily administration of the independent data integrity review audit program related to CRA, HMDA and SBA and of the independent fair lending monitoring audit program. The CRA Compliance Officer also represents the Corporate Fair Lending Department on various enterprise-level committees and project teams.

**Reporting Information/Location**

The CRA Compliance Officer i s located at {WORK LOCATION} and reports to the Vice President, Corporate Fair Lending Compliance Manager. This position manages one direct report.

**Position Responsibilities**

Audit Management

* Manage CRA, HMDA, and SBA Auditing process.

* Perform analysis related to HMDA, CRA and fair lending to determine the level of risk to the bank and make recommendations to mitigate.

* Daily administration and management of the independent CRA,HMDA and SBA 7(a) data integrity audit program.

Data Analysis

* Perform statistical regression analysis related to fair lending performance.

* Identify regulatory risk and recommend action to address performance issues.

* Perform administration and management of fair lending data analysis.

* Generate senior/executive management reports (dashboards, audit reports, etc.) related to CRA, HMDA, SBA 7(a) and fair lending.

Performance Maintenance

* Perform statistical regression analysis related to fair lending performance.

* Identify regulatory risk and recommend action to address performance issues.

* Perform administration and management of fair lending data analysis.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or other related business or mathematics degree) from an accredited university

* 3 years of experience in Audit

* 5 years of Regulatory compliance experience
