JOB SUMMARY: Store Managers are responsible and accountable for the operation of the store by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through: effective merchandising; human resources management; team development; inventory management; operating costs and managing loss control. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall management of the storeResponsible and accountable for the management of all employees and their developmentRecruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline and terminate employees using appropriate documentation (i.e. new hire packets, reference checks, communication forms etc.) and approval processSchedule, monitor and be accountable for controlling payroll hoursAudit and complete required daily paperwork and submit by deadlineResponsible to make daily bank deposits by deadlinesResponsible for handling employee and customer complaints and grievancesMaintain Grand Open Ready standardsMaintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation of interior and exterior of facilities according to Company and brand requirementsEnsures store is secure and safe and complies with all safety and environmental guidelines.
