Job Description
The WorkPlace Banking Financial Sales Consultant (FSC) is accountable for:
Effectuating the sales of checking accounts as well as other consumer products and services to the employees of companies who participate in PNC’s Bank at Work Program. The FSC assists WorkPlace team and retail distribution partners in the execution of consumer banking sales among existing WorkPlace Banking client companies in an assigned territory/market. This position is accountable for working successfully with companies of all sizes. The FSC is accountable for achieving deposit acquisition goals, balance growth/retention goals and for specific unit/revenue goals.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
-2 to 6 years of sales experience.
-Strong oral/written communication skills.
-Effective time management and problem resolution skills.
-The ability to work successfully as a team member
-Expert skills in PNC banking systems including Genesis, Corporate Banking CRM and Lotus Notes is preferred
-Capable of conducting working independently
