KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Account Consultant is responsible for supporting up to 15-18 Relationship Managers and/or New Business Development Managers with approximately $45-55 million in annual revenue.

* Support Business Development and Relationship Managers through pre and post-sale process via a team selling partnership model to achieve sales and revenue growth objectives.
* Drive billing and revenue recognition process by responding to RFI’s from Rev Rec team while owning successful implementation through Order Automation System within the Franchise to ensure forecasted revenue commitments are achieved.
* Support Sales Teams in renewal preparation; process Sales/VAT Tax compliance, maintain royalty reporting on customer licenses including monthly customer follow-ups while providing usage tracking, reporting and analysis to assess usage/behavior trends to prioritize customer and retention opportunities as well as increased revenue opportunities during these review processes.
* Responsible for ensuring all information required for audit compliance is secured. This includes: obtaining Sales Leaders signatures on T&C's, variances, non-billable orders, secure Legal, Finance and Product alignments in pre- sales process, act as project coordinator across teams to coordinate many resources in securing POD for EOM/EOQ billings.
* Owns all duties related to A/R by following up with collectors and answering customer invoice concerns as they arise. Assist in invoice creation and the collection of outstanding receivables ensuring cancellations are avoided which could result in a negative impact to revenue.
* Track Bid Process and coordinate all billing activities for the regional franchise and work internally with Finance partners to process WWN RIPs to Partner Markets.
* Provide sales compliance support utilizing Salesforce.com to drive team outlook process to ensure accurate and reliable forecasts and to allow management an increased overall visibility into the sales pipeline report while identifying future upsell/cross sells opportunities in vetting process.
* Drive team opportunity compliance through SFDC to ensure accurate reliable forecasts, provide management with increased visibility into sales pipeline, identify future upsell/cross-sell opportunities via vetting process and reconcile monthly results in BOLT billing system.
***Additional ad-hoc work to support existing Verticals and/or Channels (Alliances/Commercial/SB), Marketing, Finance, Forecast Modeling and Compensation Reporting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Communications, Marketing or Business with a minimum of 7-10 years of proven account management experience
* Efficient multi-tasking and prioritization skills and must be self-organized and motivated with ability to work independently
* Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels and displays effective interpersonal and communication skills, both to external customers and internal team members.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications; including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Strong analytical skills a must
* Knowledge/use of Sales Force Automation tools: Salesforce.com or other applications strongly desired.
