As a Business Credit Business Development Officer for PNC's Business Credit Group, you will be joining a team of successful professionals developing creative financing solutions to resolve complex and often unique issues for our prospects. You will be located in San Francisco, CA. We become thoroughly knowledgeable about our clients, and then develop a comprehensive financing package structured to meet a company's needs.‚ PNC Business Credit is one of the nation's top asset based lenders and has been a consistent source of capital for middle market companies and private equity firms throughout the peaks and troughs of economic cycles.‚ From coast to coast, from small to large, in industries from A to Z, we get deals done!

Your typical day will include the active solicitation & cultivation of business relationships selling credit based products within an assigned market area. You will be prospecting and maintaining dialogues with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, businesses, accountants, attorneys, banks, and additional centers of influence. You will develop and maintain a direct calling database of prospects within your defined territory. You will provide secured financing in support of working capital growth, mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations & restructuring, and turnarounds for your new and existing clients with the goal of generating income & enhancing the overall profitability of PNC's Business Credit group. This will include credit structuring & analysis of the client's financial information in order to properly determine if the financing requirements of the borrower meets PNC's credit parameters.‚ As you become thoroughly knowledgeable about the client's needs, you will then develop a comprehensive financing package structured exclusively to meet their needs.

Experience:
- 7+ years of lending experience
- Bachelors Degree: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing
- Excellent credit skills
