We are looking for a Business Architect that has a rare combination of business domain knowledge, process experience, transformation talents & methodology skills. We are looking for someone who has deep business as well as broad technology knowledge, combined with large-scale, cross-functional process expertise and a grasp of how technology can be used to enable business growth. This role will connect business strategy to Systems & Automation projects by defining the business capabilities needed to realize the strategic goals.

* The Opportunity *
This role is a unique opportunity to maximize the success of Autodesk’s investments as the company that rapidly transforms to the cloud and launches a number of new business models. It requires the candidate to focus on the development of future state business capabilities through a business architecture framework and alignment with the technical roadmap to drive the elimination of redundancies, optimizing efficiencies, lowering costs, and streamlining the delivery of value to our partners and customers.
What You Would Do Day-to-Day
· Find opportunities to simplify Sales through Program Design, Optimization and Business Process Transformation. Bring such ideas to right group of people, escalate through proper channels with in company and influence others to make a successful change.
· Evaluate any requests and work with requestor for building a Business Brief/Case
· Help the requestor with building a Business Brief/Case
· Work on approved projects with other stakeholders with below but not limited to responsibilities
o Define Scope and Objectives
o Document Conceptual Design & Framework
o With help from process engineer build AS-IS Analysis
o Work with Business Owners to identify SMEs for the project
o Evaluate conceptual solutions, PoC of new technologies
o Define Business Requirements with help from SMEs
o Get sign-off from Business Owner on proposed solution
o Review, prioritize and approve the final business requirements
o Engage through Build team to review the progress of solution design
o Validate the final built solution by participating in UAT

Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· At least 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Program management, sales and/or channel sales
· At least 3 years of experience managing complex global projects, and experience in SalesForce.com, e-store, cloud based transaction systems
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Excellent communications skills
· Results driven -- Ability to initiate and lead projects successfully
· Execution - Proven track record delivering within large and complex projects
· Drive collaborative Behavior
