**Responsibilities**
Wanted - A motivated, professional and organized individual who has the ability to problem solve effectively and provide consistent communication to work in our Rohnert Park, California Global Marmot Headquarters.
As a Dealer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing accounts within specific territories, and administering and processing the following:
+ Inquiries and Sales Orders for an assigned territory
+ Daily order management to meet monthly and yearly shipping budgets
+ Work directly with Outside Sales Reps to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service to retail accounts
+ Communication to/from our Customers, Sales representatives, Retail Store accounts and/or special accounts via the use of EDI, Excel, Outlook, Word and/or phone use
**Conditions of Employment**
Exceptional time management, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; manage conflict to negotiate positive outcome; consistent follow-through and effective work planning; knowledge of Marmot products and their functionality.
+ 3-5 years' experience in a Customer Service/Inside Sales Position
+ Responsible for order tracking, problem resolution and customer interface.
+ Strong written, verbal and analytical skills
+ Highly organized with excellent time management skills
+ **Strong** Excel, Word, Outlook, 10 key and data entry skills
+ ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) and/or Order Mgt. Computer Systems
+ Multi line phone system experience
+ Background in the outdoor industry or a passion for the outdoors is also a plus.
+ Must be a self-motivated team player and demonstrate a high degree of focus and work prioritization within an ever changing, fast paced environment
