Kanetsune brand kitchen knives have been produced in Seki-City, Japan by high skill craftsmen.

The blade steel is beautiful 45 layers of damascus, 22 layers of nickel, 12 layers of SUS410, 10 layers of J1 and the core of Sandvik19C27. The HRC is around 60-61. The surface of the blade is hammered “Tsuchime-finished”, that make smooth to cut away. And the handle is D-shaped , traditional Japanese style.
