Review:  I have been decorating cakes for four years now and there is still so much I would love to learn. I wish I would have had this amazing book when I got started and am so glad that I have it now.  There is seriously everything you need to know about getting started or improving upon your cake, cupcake, and cookie decorating.  There are simple as well as more advanced techniques so regardless of where your experience stands, there is probably something in this book for all. I was pleased to see sections on icings and skills I have yet to even try such as marzipan and modeling chocolate. All the of the instructions were extremely easy to follow with helpful, high quality photographs. In addition to showing you step-by-step how to do specific techniques, there are also examples of great cakes and cupcakes for you to try. 



Besides the Wilton classes I took, this is by far the best collection of tutorials I have ever come across and it is an absolute must-have if you have any interest in decorating cakes! I don't give it out very often, but this book definitely gets my seal of approval!
