Castrol’s liquid engineering will now flow through Land Rover BAR’s challenge for the 35th America’s Cup under the terms of an agreement announced today. As a Technical Supplier, and as a Land Rover BAR Academy Partner, Castrol will bring its pioneering lubricants technology to improve the performance of the boat’s hydraulics and overall efficiency of the boat in its America’s Cup bid.

Land Rover BAR, working alongside its exclusive sustainability partner 11th Hour Racing, is committed to becoming the most sustainable sports team in the UK. Land Rover BAR is delighted that Castrol will now supply the team with its environmentally responsible Castrol hydraulic fluid technology.

Castrol will provide ongoing technical support and development to drive performance and efficiency improvements through its advanced range of high performance environmental products.
