The second New Zealand Millennium Cup will take place in the Bay of Islands.
The New Zealand Millennium Cup will be raced as part of Bay of Islands Sailing Week and the combination is set to deliver more excitement than ever before. To ensure the regatta is as easy as possible there will be sheltered anchorages and a tender service, as well as tender berthage for race days, reserved for superyachts within the Opua marina area, near the Opua Cruising Club and Race HQ.
A selection of challenging courses make the most of the spectacular scenery; weaving through the island chains dotted through the Bay. An array of courses allows race officers to choose the exact course to make the most of each race day’s weather conditions, and entrants are are handicapped by Jim Teeters to ISYR.
