Dennis M. Rosa • Senior Vice President–Financial Advisor 

As a Financial Advisor with 15 years of industry experience with Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch, Dennis has focused on comprehensive wealth management. His prior experience with a small, privately-held business gives him some particular insight in dealing with retirement and inter-generational wealth transfer issues. He and his team are committed to helping their clients grow, protect, and transfer their wealth in a tax-efficient manner. Dennis’ clients appreciate his consultative, holistic approach in helping them connect the pieces of their financial lives into a cohesive plan for the future. Dennis measures his success by the depth and longevity of his client relationships.

Dennis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rollins College with an Honors B.A. degree and successfully completed the Young Executives Institute at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dennis and his wife, Becky, are active members of the Jacksonville community, while they raise their 3 beautiful children Sam, Jack, and Cate. Dennis is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville Oceanside and serves as an elder at Community Presbyterian Church in Atlantic Beach. He also serves as Vice President of the Monique Burr Foundation for Children, as well as the Tournament Director for the El Pescado Billfish Tournament. He enjoys tennis, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.

Brian D. Stokes • Senior Portfolio Manager–Financial Advisor

Having entered the financial services industry over 20 years ago, Brian’s career has spanned several world-class asset management firms, giving him a vast perspective for assisting clients with their portfolios and balance sheets. Brian implements wealth management strategies for clients by concentrating on goal-based financial planning. Milestones like marriage, children and grandchildren, buying or selling a home, starting or selling a business, and retirement can all have an effect on a client’s plan and how we can help clients meet their objectives.

Brian graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He lives in St. Johns with his wife, Teresa, and their three lovely children Decker, Zachary, and Elizabeth. Brian is active in his parish of San Juan Del Rio. Brian is a member of the Meninak Club of Jacksonville and is active with Junior Achievement for students, and Cub Scouts. He also volunteers as a local coach for youth basketball and football teams.

Jared E. Policastro • Branch Manager–Vice President–Financial Advisor 

Jared began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2001 with his focus on investment and financial planning. In addition to working closely with clients, Jared also has experience with management and business development, and currently serving as branch manager for the Ponte Vedra Beach Branch. Through long-standing relationships with their clients, he and his team seek to accomplish many of their clients’ goals such as charitable giving, funding and starting businesses, and wealth transfer.

Jared graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance, a B.S. in Marketing, and a M.B.A. and now serves as an advisor to the College of Business’ graduate programs. He and his wife, Jenifer, along with their daughter, Sophie, and son, Evan live in Ponte Vedra. Jared enjoys basketball, surfing, FSU and NY Giant football, and spending time with his family on the beach.
