Position Summary
Provides inside sales support and customer service for all brokers and account executives. Answers questions and provides training to brokers about loan programs, pricing, website usage, scenarios, and Wholesale process. Manages pipeline with account executive through use of daily reports to ensure loans are active, moving toward closing and rates are locked per policy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
BROKER SUPPORT (30%)
• Provide support to approved Brokers on how to work with Wholesale tools and processes efficiently (i.e. complete loan packages, internal workflow, website, AU.
• Educates the brokers on the use of pricing scenario tools, assists with rate locks and status, and how to handle expirations/extensions.
• Assists account executives in training the brokers about products and procedures.

AE SUPPORT (20%)
• Communicates with brokers when Account Executives are not available, acting as liaison to branch operations in resolution of problems.
• Supports AE’s with sales calls and presentations. Conducts regular outbound calls to brokers to gather key data.
• Processes broker approval packages from assigned AE’s.
• Generally expected to work with 4 AE’s

PIPELINE MANAGEMENT (50%)
• Manages daily pipeline report, calls out on loan status (i.e. locks expiring, loans not yet received, conditions not yet received. Initiates loan termination after 60 days of inactivity

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• High School Diploma required, College preferred
• BRR III requires 4 years of mortgage experience. Underwriting or senior processing experience a plus
• Knowledge of all offerings including products, web initiatives, marketing related support
• Customer service, sales focus, problem resolution and handling

Additional Desirable Qualifications
Must be highly organized and recognized for providing highest levels of customer service.
