Full Ad - 2010 Subaru STI Hatch/Stage Two+/Roll Cage/29k miles/FRESH SERVICE
Hey everybody,
I just wanted to start by saying a little bit about myself. I'm a young business man, and I've been a car enthusiast for a long time. I work full time in the car industry and I understand value and negotiation very well. I have owned two previous cars before this Subaru that I have taken extreme care of. I'm ready to start a business and I can't have the car in my hands any more unfortunately. This car has been the most fun car I've ever owned, but it's time to part ways after owning this STI so I can peruse my dream of having my own business.
I've put a lot of time and money into the car, and I've done it right with all quality products. I bought the car from South Coast Mitsubishi in Orange County about 6 months ago with about 24k miles on the ODO. It came with coil overs, the front splitter, and a few other misc items. I ended up contacting the previous owner who had sold me the exhaust, downpipe, accessport and a few other goodies.
I had a downpipe, exhaust, and a custom pro tune done by HGMS in La Jolla by their professional tuner (One of Ken Block's tuners). I didn't want to push the car too much since it's my daily driver... so I only had it tuned to 16PSI instead of stock at 14. It made good power and it's perfect for daily driving. The only thing is the suspension is very stiff, but it handles like a dream. A few months after owning it I had ACG Automotive do 20MM spacers all around, with rolled rear fenders and a FULL 30K service ALL FLUIDS done. Car came out clean and ready to drive.
I also had Chapparone Auto Body professionally paint the front grille and fog light surrounds in flat black and they also performed a complete paint correction and detail/buff. The paint is amazing and has no chips or dents anywhere. I had them debadge the car and leave only the STI logo on the rear.
I had intentions of just making it look good. I didn't want to track it because It's something I'm not really into. I just like the race car look. I had SAE motorsports do a custom built bolt in cage painted gloss white with custom tube clamps for removal. The back seats are still usable and you can put the front seats all the way back for your legs. I never tracked the car once, and I never really drove the car hard. I live 5 minutes from work and I work a lot, so I didn't have the chance to drive it often. This is another reason why I am selling, just looking for something that's a bit more commuter friendly. I'll probably stick to using my bike for a bit after I sell my Subi.
This car really is a reliable, awesome and fun car. I really want to sell the car AS IS with the cage, exhaust, etc everything. I don't want to take anything out, but if I have to I will. I'm always willing to let people come look at the car in person and check it out... but only serious buyers. No expense was spared on this car, so I feel as if 32k is a reasonable price to ask.
My honest answer is I'm trying to break even, so $32,000 is my offer on this car. I will include stock downpipe and I also have a Stealth Perrin Exhaust I am willing to negotiate into the deal. The stock downpipe WILL pass emissions. If I need to, I am also willing to put the other quad tip exhaust on it, and put the stock downpipe on it and tune it back to stock tune for the next buyer. I have a professional tuner who can do it with in a matter of a few days to make it easier for you.
The car has 29,xxx miles right now and just had COMPLETE 30,000 mile service done by ACG Autmotive (All fluids up to date).

The tires never rub on the fenders and it's completely flush all around. The handling is great, and the car is very responsive. Please, do not hesitate to email me with questions. I am looking to sell as soon as possible, and I'm looking to straight out sell. No trades or anything. Just ready for my next project next year.
Thanks for your time guys. I'm located in San Diego.
Looking forward to putting my baby in a new garage.
