IWF Jamaica member Jackie Sharp, President and CEO Scotia Group Jamaica, will expand her current oversight duties to operations in The Bahamas, Cayman, Turks & Caicos and the British Virgin Islands in a new role as Head of the Caribbean North and Central for Scotiabank. She adds the new territories to her current responsibilities in Belize and Haiti for Scotiabank, which been in Jamaica since 1889 and is the premier financial institution in the country with just over 2,000 employees and 35 Branches Island wide.
“It is an honour and a privilege to have been given this expanded responsibility”, said Ms. Sharp. “I am enthusiastic about this opportunity and look forward to working with the teams in those countries.”
