In observance of Feast of Ramadan 2015 (Eid-ul Fitr/ Eid’l Fitr) in the Philippines, one state university in Mindanao has announced suspension of classes for July 16, Thrusday, ahead of the celebration (Walang Pasok July 16):

“Declaration of Thursday (July 16, 2015) as Non-Working holiday in observance of Eid’l Fitr. Friday (July 17, 2015) is a regular holiday as mandated by law.” (Click here for FB post on the announcement.)
In accordance with Proclamation No. 1070, Malacañang declared July 17, Friday, Feast of Ramadan 2015 a regular holiday throughout the country.

On the other hand, July 27, Monday, is a special national working holiday in celebration of the 101th year of Iglesia ni Cristo #MayPasok.
