Lets talk about Kona Kase. I did two reviews on them already, one back in March the other in April and now July!

All of the treats in the box this month were new to me but one of them.
Lets start with Caveman Cookies. They looked like vanilla wafers when I first saw them. They didn’t taste like them though. I was surprised they were so soft. When I read about them some more they are based off of the paleo diet and made with very simple ingredients: honey, nuts and berries. It kind of tasted like it had a coconut flavoring to them too but that could’ve just been me. These were very tasty and also gluten free. Garuka Bars. This so far has been my favorite treat in the box. It reminded me of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich not really sure why haha but it was DELICIOUS! Barbara Llewellyn Granola. I love all types of granola. This one was especially tasty. The granola is made up of rolled oats, sliced almonds, sesame , and pumpkin seeds with honey sweetened and spiced.
Body Glove Surge Gel. I haven’t tried this yet. It is a gel that is supposed to give you energy. Its handy if you are on a long run or biking, etc. Each gel has 150mg of caffeine. Perky Jerky. I’ve been wanting to try this FOREVER now. I’m not even a big jerky fan so I’m not sure why. I do love the packaging though. This treat is a low fat, low carb and high protein without preservatives, nitrites or added MSG.
Enjoy Life Seed & Fruit Mix. This was so good. A great treat. It was salty, sweet and crunchy. The mix is filled with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit. This is also gluten free. If you want to order anything from them enter the code KONA15 and get 15% off your order.
PRO BAR. I haven’t tried this yet. Orange really isn’t my favorite flavor unless its orange juice. I did look around on their website though and there are some flavors I think I would love! Healthy Warrior Chia Bars. This is the only treat that I tried before I got the Kona Kase. I was nervous to try it at first because I’m not a big fan of chia seeds but I loved it! Each bar is 100 calories and just 5g of sugar.
