Forza Horizon 3 adds 2015-Vantage GT12 2017-GT-R & 2015-CTS-V and edges ever closer to revealing all 350 vehicles destined for the title. This week the guys over at evo magazine posted a new list totalling 30 cars, with three of the standouts being the above mentioned models. As with previous lists, Playground Games has strived to be as diverse as possible, a mix of old and new, with cars from the Asian, European and American regions bares that out.
Forza Horizon 3 is scheduled to launch on September 27th 2016 for XBOX One and Windows 10 PCs.
Starting with the 600 HP Aston Martin GT12 from 2015, first seen by the public on February 15th 2015, this is pure British elegance and engineering borne from many decades of experience in motorsports. Limited to 100 examples, only a handful of privileged owners will be able to take to the roads and circuits in this lightweight Vantage. In real life this car is obviously way too fast for normal roads. A little known fact about Australia, certain highways in the Northern Territory have unrestricted speed limits, which makes it one of the relatively few countries in the world where you can actually test the full capabilities of this awesome supercar.
The 2017 Nissan GT-R with its 3.8-liter twin-turbo V-6 generating 565 HP, six-speed dual-clutch automatic and all-wheel drive plus 467nm of stump-pulling torque and a claimed 0-60 / 100 time of 2.9 seconds puts this car on a par with its European supercar counterparts. Definitely a great addition to Forza Horizon 3’s burgeoning garage of 350 vehicles!
The 2016 Cadillac CTS-V Sedan, the CTS-V first appeared in 2004 and with the introduction of the 2016 model is now in its third generation. The CTS-V sedan’s angular aggressive lines conceal a beast of an engine usually reserved for the Corvette line of sports cars from General Motors. 640 HP and an 8 speed automatic gearbox turn the four door sedan into a tyre shredding monster with an eye-watering top speed of 200 MPH or 321 KMH! Fast enough to outrun most of the cars in Forza Horizon 3!
