Beach wheelchairs now available. I reported previously (Sep 2015) that Netanya beach had a special day when disabled were able to enter the sea using special wheelchairs. Israeli-Arab is Israel’s smartest student. Mohammed Zeidan, from the Arab community of Kafr Manda in northern Israel scored an 800 on Israeli’s Psychometric Entrance Test, the highest possible score. Zeidan plans to study electrical engineering at Israel’s Technion Institute.
